self-proposed project
Summary statement:
I have never been a fan of romance novels. I like to experiment and see surroundings in different perspective as they appear to be much fresher and interesting.
Objectives:
I am amazed at how hopeless romantics indulge themselves in such novels. Sometimes, i question myself the benefits of reading romance. Isn't the satisfaction temporary and leaves you yearning for more? I feel that such romance stories are second hand or worst still made up as the author expresses their cathartic desires.
I also think that illustrations on romance novels are very corny, thus my decision to distort the images and text. Since distortion is never coherent, this parody is in full support of my work. This obvious fiction has become my fiction, albeit in subtlety.
